Details
Annual valuation for insurance purposes of their investment portfolio as well as The Skinners’ Company’s School for Girls, and the listed buildings of Tonbridge School.
Our Role
- In 1995 Drivers Jonas was appointed to manage the investment portfolio for The Worshipful Company of Skinners. This included providing reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes of the entire portfolio comprising some 35 predominantly commercial properties along with some University of London halls of residence.
- In addition we were asked to assess the insurance valuations of all the listed buildings at Tonbridge School, a Skinners’ Company school, following the almost complete destruction of the Chapel by fire.
- We also care for and maintain a Voluntary Assisted state school, the Skinners’ Company’s School for Girls, in Hackney, (pictured), and provide reinstatement cost assessments of the buildings.
- Drivers Jonas now maintains a database of all these properties and provides annual indexed reviews with periodic major reviews and assessments of the effects of alterations on the insurance cover.
